Daxton was the Mystery Star Student this past week in his 1st grade class. All week long they gave a total of 10 clues about Daxy, for example..."He's been to Mt. Rushmore and had to hug a tree in order to get his "Honorary Mt. Rushmore Rangers Badge". And the kids would be guessing for days until it was announced at the end of the week. On Friday myself, Preston, and Ayla, went to school and talked a little bit about Daxton. We made a poster, read his favorite story, and handed out some treats - that's the kids favorite part.
It was really nice to hear from all the kids (especially the girls) about how much they like Daxton. I'm glad that he's being a good example and is being kind to everyone. It sure does make a Momma proud!
